METHOD 1 (RECOMMENDED) Delete from the App
The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly from the A Plus Caribbean Dating mobile app.
- Open the A Plus Caribbean Dating app on your device.
- Tap your Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
METHOD 2 Delete by Sending an Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team. Your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Open your email app or client.
- Create a new email to: support@apluscaribbeandating.com
- Set the subject line to: Account Deletion Request
- Use the email template below and fill in your details.
- Send the email. You will receive a confirmation once your account is deleted.
