& Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Policy
Effective Date: May 2, 2026
A Plus Caribbean Dating is fully committed to child safety, zero tolerance for exploitation, and a safe digital space for all users.

01 Overview & Our Commitment

A Plus Caribbean Dating (accessible at www.apluscaribbeandating.com) is a social and dating platform designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We are committed to maintaining an absolutely safe environment and have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any content that endangers minors in any form.

This policy explains the standards we uphold, the measures we have implemented to prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), and how users and the public can report concerns to us directly.
This page has been published to meet the requirements of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and all applicable child safety regulations including the NCMEC CyberTipline reporting obligations and applicable US federal law.

02 Platform Age Requirements & Eligibility

A Plus Caribbean Dating is strictly an adults-only platform. Our age requirements and enforcement measures include:

  •     Minimum age to register and use the platform is 18 years old.
  •     All users must confirm their age and agree to our Terms of Service during registration.
  •     We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm a user’s age.
  •     Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted.
  •     We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.

03 Prohibited Content & Zero-Tolerance Policy

A Plus Caribbean Dating strictly prohibits all of the following on our platform. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities:

Absolutely Prohibited:

  •     Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any image, video, text, or content that sexually exploits, depicts, or endangers a minor.
  •     Grooming behaviour — any attempt by a user to establish an inappropriate relationship with a minor.
  •     Solicitation — requesting, sharing, or distributing any sexually explicit material involving a person under 18.
  •     Enticement — communicating with or attempting to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
  •     Any content, language, or behaviour that facilitates harm to children, regardless of intent.
Violations of this policy are not subject to appeal. A Plus Caribbean Dating will report all confirmed CSAM and CSAE-related incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and cooperate fully with all relevant law enforcement agencies.

04 Safety Measures & Prevention Practices

We have implemented the following technical and operational measures to actively prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform:

Account Verification & Age Checks

  •     Date of birth is required at signup, and accounts are verified to be 18+ before full platform access is granted.
  •     Automated systems flag accounts where age-related inconsistencies are detected.
  •     Photo verification features are used to help confirm user identity.

Content Moderation

  •     Our moderation team reviews flagged content, profiles, and reported messages.
  •     Automated content scanning is used to detect known CSAM hash signatures using industry-standard technology.
  •     Profile photos and uploaded media are screened before they are displayed publicly on the platform.

  •     Any detected or suspected CSAM is immediately removed, the account is suspended, and the incident is escalated for legal reporting.

Platform Controls

  •     Users can block and report any other user directly from within the app at any time.
  •     All reports are reviewed by a trained member of our Trust & Safety team within 24 hours.
  •     We maintain logs of reported incidents and our response actions for compliance and audit purposes.
  •     User communication tools are designed with privacy and safety in mind.

05 In-App Reporting for Child Safety Concerns

A Plus Caribbean Dating provides users with the ability to report child safety concerns directly within the application:

  •     Every user profile has a visible “Report” button accessible from the profile screen.
  •     Every conversation thread includes a “Report” option available at all times.
  •     Reports can be categorised specifically as “Child Safety Concern” to ensure immediate escalation.
  •     Users are never required to provide identifying information when making a safety report.
  •     Reporter confidentiality is maintained throughout the review process.
To report a child safety concern within the app: Open the user’s profile or message thread → Tap the “⋮” menu (three dots) → Select “Report” → Choose “Child Safety” from the category list → Submit your report. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

06 External Reporting & Law Enforcement Cooperation

A Plus Caribbean Dating fully cooperates with national and regional authorities on all child safety matters. We follow a strict escalation protocol:

  1.   Detection or report is received — content is immediately removed and account suspended pending review.
  2.   Our Trust & Safety team reviews the incident within 24 hours.
  3.   If CSAM or CSAE activity is confirmed, we report the incident to the NCMEC CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
  4.   We preserve all associated account data, communications, and logs and make them available to law enforcement upon lawful request.
  5.   Account is permanently banned and all associated data is flagged in our systems.
