01 Acceptance of Terms

To use A Plus Caribbean Dating, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- Not be prohibited from using dating or social platforms under applicable law
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
- Maintain only one active account on the platform at any time
03 User Accounts & Profiles
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. When creating your profile, you agree to:
- Use a real photo that clearly shows your face
- Provide truthful and accurate information about yourself
- Not impersonate another person or use a fake identity
- Not share your account login details with any third party
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Keep your profile information up to date
04 Prohibited Conduct
Users of A Plus Caribbean Dating agree NOT to engage in the following behaviors. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation of other users
- Sending unsolicited explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Soliciting money, financial information, or gifts from other users
- Promoting or engaging in commercial activities without prior authorization
- Using the platform to solicit or facilitate prostitution or any illegal activity
- Creating fake profiles or deliberately misleading other users
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the platform without authorization
- Uploading viruses, malware, or any technically harmful content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
05 Premium Subscriptions & Payments
A Plus Caribbean Dating offers optional paid subscription plans — Basic ($10/mo), Standard ($20/mo), and Premium ($35/mo). By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to subscribers
- All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel separately from your device settings
06 Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, graphics, and branding associated with A Plus Caribbean Dating are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you post on the platform but grant A Plus Caribbean Dating a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
07 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
A Plus Caribbean Dating is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That you will find a romantic match through our platform
- The accuracy or completeness of user-provided profile information
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service at all times
- The behavior, conduct, or identity of any other user
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
08 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any activity that is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.
You may also delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting our support team at support@apluscaribbeandating.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
